Job Description:

• Handle inquiries and provide Help Desk support to users
• Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software
• Perform server administration and monitoring
• Maintain and update the inventory of hardware and software
• Occasional travel to mainland China may be required
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by superiors

Requirements:  

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma holder in IT or similar disciplines is required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience related to Help Desk Support
• Knowledge in various Windows Server System and web programming
• Experience in supporting Wi-Fi, AV Video Conferencing, network switch & router
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
• Keep updating information and technology for better support
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Good interpersonal skills and team work
• Experience in architectural industry is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
