Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, network equipment and printers
- Maintain the IT inventory, such as software, hardware and networking equipment, etc.
- Network infrastructure deployment & administration (firewall/ switch/ AP/ cabling)
- Perform regular data backup and server administration
- Perform system testing and trail run
- Provide trouble shooting and technical support for retail shops, office and warehouse (Including POS systems, CCTV, Wifi and routers)
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience in IT Technical Support and network management
- Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
- Knowledge in Internet technologies such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching, routing and network security, MS SQL, Firewall
- Experienced in POS,CCTV is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
