Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to end users
- Handle helpdesk phone calls and inquiries
- Support PC maintenance and new PC setup and installation
- Handle the helpdesk analysis report and updates records
Job Requirements:
- DSE / Certificate / Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 1 year of relative working experience in IT support role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Shift duty is required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- HK Permanent resident is required
