Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist Head of IT to maintain information technology strategies by researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.  Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. 

• Provide daily IT operations support including Close of Business and distribution of reports to all user;
• Manage and monitor IT servers, Routing & TCPIP setting and Networking Support;
• Provide support on various Core Banking Applications;
• Provide ATM support;
• Follow up system problems, find out the real causes and ensure remedial and corrective measures are implemented;
• Maintain highest system availability, monitor system performance and ensure the system function properly;
• Carry out housekeeping of database and files backup of system;
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines is preferable;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Experience in AS400 operating system administration & RPG programming is preferable;
• Willing to shift duty, good team player and has a good communication skill.
