Job Description
Our clients, are now seeking for caliber candidates as Helpdesk Support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Desktop and Server installation, configuration, administration and maintenance to to deal with application change
- Support in preparing Desktop and Server related to documentation, such as installation procedure, training guide, testing report etc.
- Trouble-shooting and problem fixing of IT hardware and software applications
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT related technical such as support & etc.;
- Good knowledge of Windows server 2008/2012, Windows 7/10, MS Active Directory/SCCM, LAN and WAN network management;
- Able to perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting on major IT and communication hardware and software products;
- Professional certifications such as MCP, MCSE will be an advantage;
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
