Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users on hardware, software, and computer services.
- Perform maintenance, configuration and monitoring of IT equipment
- Perform management of hardware and software inventory
- Assist in IT documentation, process improvement and equipment procurement.
- Assist in project support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in IT Support
- Hands on experience in Office 365 (Teams/SharePoint Online), Win10, Active Directory, VMWare/Hyper-V
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Firewall, network infrastructure and security technology
- CCNA/CCNP or MCSE certificate holder will be an advantage
- Well organized, self-motivated, possess good problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and positively
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Applicants with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant IT Officer
- Fresh University graduate is welcome.
