Our client is a world leading IT solution provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Service Delivery Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Participate, propose, and/or lead complex customer and internal projects.
• Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer and/or trade/IT infrastructure needs.
• Lead or participate in a Change Advisory Board or Technical Advisory Board. .
• Approve patch and security changes.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to provide consultation service for team members, partners, customers, and vendors on complex issues
• Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trendsIntegrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for the company and for customers
• Resolve technical and business incidents and lead through the problem solving process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8 years or above relevant experience in project management with extensive exposure in cloud implementation
• General Project Management, Customer/Vendor Management, Business Analysis and General Financial Management experience
• Customer Relationship Management, develop and grow assigned customers and/or internal businesses/end users account relationships
• Experience in global project management will be an advantage
• Good command in both Written and Spoken English
