Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies through online channels to achieve business goal
• Assist in website CMS management and data analysis, e.g. CRM, POS
• Website management including tracking conversion rates and performance to suggesting improvements to the website
• Optimize SEM campaigns via Google, Facebook, Yahoo, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement marketing plans & strategies
• Perform data analysis regularly, including online sales, customers analysis to ensure that all marketing plans are in line with the business needs
• Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or University graduate
• 2 years' e-commerce / digital marketing experience
• Familiar with Magento and SQL will be an advantage
• Experience in Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Paid Media, SEM, Performance Marketing, Online Marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
