Job Description

Responsibilities:

Upkeep of all office IT equipment and ensuring are always well organized, clean and stocked;
Troubleshooting of PC hardware and software
Install and upgrade of desktop hardware and software
Monitoring of IT and Software inventories
Providing daily support to office network and computer facilities (Firewall, Network Switches, MS Windows Office)
Monitoring and maintenance for current office system, security configuration, server maintenance and inventorybackup
Access Control for all users.
Provide efficient operational support and technical services to users
Support ad-hoc tasks when required
Assist with following up the company system upgrade and rebuild
Assist in applications and websites development (CSS, HTML5, C+, Java)/ enhancement, production support

Requirements:

Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology / Information System or related disciplines
Minimum 1 - 2 year Experience in in-house Technical Support Field (Candidates with less experience will also be considered)
Proficiency in MS office and good computer skills
A strong troubleshooting skill related to network and server failure
Good knowledge in network infrastructure such as VPN and router configuration, MS office support
Experience in solution testing, CSS, HTML5, C+ and Java are highly preferable
Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
