Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Head to develop insurance products for different distribution channels including online platform, brokerage and bancassurance
• Participant in the formulation of product strategy
• Corporate with distributors and internal stakeholders in product development process to ensure product initiatives are delivered effectively
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in system related projects and assist to perform UAT for system enhancements
• Proactively conduct insurance market intelligence for product update in the market
• Prepare product related literatures e.g. product specifications, product leaflet, launch kit, illustration and proposal template
• Compile regular product analysis and reports

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 4-year experience in product development and product marketing in life insurance products
• Sound knowledge in various insurance products
• Experience in developing insurance products for online platform is preferable
• Able to work independently, responsible, confident, detailed-minded and with good analytical skills
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passes IIQAS and FLMI preferable
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
