Job Summary

This role is to support the business growth of health insurance, facilitate the policy admin team to maintain a robust daily operation, assist in the growth of new business and business retention, deliver effective solutions to meet differentiated needs of customers, build strong partnership and sustainable business momentum.

The Job

  • Underwrite new business and renewal business of employee benefits
  • Lead the policy administration team to maintain a robust daily operation
  • Provide effective solutions to business partners and customers to meet differentiated needs
  • Prepare management reports, operation manuals and correspondences
  • Liaise with business partners for business retention
  • Assist in projects and system enhancements for operational efficiency

The Person

  • University Graduate or equivalent with 7 years of experience in employee benefits of which 3 years or more at supervisory level. 
  • Possess qualification of FLMI / ACII/ANZIIF / IIQE qualifications would be an advantage
  • Medical underwriting knowledge
  • Good communication, negotiation and account servicing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Proficient in MS  office tools e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
