Job Description
- Lead the team to provide quality services relating to the department in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and monitor daily policy services
- Develop strategic planning to enhance services satisfactory level
- Drive the team to deliver high-quality services for customers
- Provide guidance and training to the team to improve technical knowledge
Requirements
- Exposure in policy administration is preferred
- Familiar with insurance products and solid understanding of operations
- strong problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
