Job Description
As one of the leading insurance providers globally, our client promotes high performance. To enhance their expertise in operations, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join their team as Senior Claims Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and approve claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of policy
- Follow up outstanding claims within own authority limit
- Handle inquiries from brokers, agents & clients
- Assist in system development and perform UAT where necessary
- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life/Medical Insurance industry
- With good knowledge of claims processing
- 2 years of relevant experience in insurance claims
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Claims Manager
