Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise subordinates within the team to ensure the quality of work and provide on-going coaching on actuarial /product/insurance knowledge
- Ensure the approval process and needs to show the indicator pricing, preliminary ideas and assessment
- Coordinate with distribution channels and other internal departments on various product development projects in order to align with the company's project initiatives
- Perform and improve portfolio studies to provide insights and possible suggestions for management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Actuarial Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
