Your contribution at AIG
- Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
- Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients
- Taking orders and providing after sales service
- Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services
- No shifting is required and 5 days’ work week
What we are looking for
- Higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years experiences in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support would be preferred.
- Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage
- Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese
- PC literate and able to type fast.
- Able to work independently, as well as, be a team player
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
