The Roles: 

• Expand growth in Mid-size corporate business
• Work closely with Director to strategize 3-year new business plan
• Collaborate with Financial Services & Professions Group Department and Health & Benefits department to provide solution to clients under one brand
• Leverage  Claims, Cyber and Data Analytics to retain and win new clients
• Align with Business Development team to maximize hit ratios and build leads
• Implement Aon Client Promise as core selling proposition while maintaining client profitability 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 8 years’experience in account servicing primarily to large corporate and / or global clients
• Excellent communications skills (written and spoken English)
• Thorough knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues.
• Proven record of adherence to and delivery of guidelines for sales, service and coordination.
• Develop unmatched talent and high-performing teams.
• Collaborative and consultative perspective.
