Job Summary

This role is to support the business growth of health insurance, facilitate the policy admin team to maintain a robust daily operation, assist in the growth of new business and business retention, deliver effective solutions to meet differentiated needs of customers, build strong partnership and sustainable business momentum.

The Job

  • Issue policies and endorsement timely with high quality standard
  • Handle policy services requests within service turnaround time
  • Handle enquiries of internal and external customers
  • Follow up premium payment and relevant enquiries
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor

The Person

  • Post-Secondary Education or above
  • 2 years of working experience in policy administration of employee benefit
  • Proficiency in using PC and MS office tools
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Able to deliver on committed actions and deadlines and work under pressure
