Job Description

Essential Duties:

Assist to administer clients’ insurance requirements by providing broking and processing support to the Cargo team
Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and third parties, client renewals and mid-term adjustments
Assist in the creation of comprehensive client broking and other types of documents
Provide assistance to broking colleagues in information gathering and broking presentations
Ensure up to date records are maintained at all times on the Company’s/Group’s systems and developing new filing systems where appropriate
Provide relevant management information to senior management
Assist in assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required

Job Requirement:

Relevant working experience with exposure in Logistics or Insurance environment is preferable
A good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer focused and detail oriented
Fresh graduates will also be considered
