Job Responsibilities:

• Assesses Claims filed under general insurance policies;
• Registers new claims;
• Handles incoming mails;
• Liaises with Finance Department for the issuance of settlement cheques;
• Dispatches and posts cheques;
• Files and records claims’ documents.
• Answers enquiries and questions on claims from clients and agent

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience;
• With basic insurance knowledge;
• Good inter-personal skills;
• Self-initiative and willing to learn;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
