Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls to facilitate the enrolment process and policy renewal
- Promoting Bupa’s products and services according to customers' needs
- Constantly developing and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Ad hoc duties
Basic qualifications
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing in any fields
- Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
- Fast learner, able to adapt to changes and work independently
- Self-motivated, sales driven and persistent
