Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve both top and bottom lines targets as set by the Company;
• Formalize and implement sales & marketing strategy for growing the business;
• Manage and strike the best balance of the top and bottom lines of the business;
• Manage the portfolio mix to be profitable and ensure the portfolio is growing and sustainable;
• Develop and establish new sales channels and networks such as strategic partnership & alliance, affinity;
• Motivate and monitor sales team and manage their responsibility, tasks and sales results;
• Manage sales activities of the sales staff;
• Manage and maintain high quality service standard of the team as well as optimize the workflow if required;
• Manage and monitor the department to follow the Company’s guideline, internal audit, legal and compliance policies and procedures as well as ensure activities are performed within the framework of the regulation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business-related disciplines or Diploma holder in insurance or related disciplines;
• Holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or other equivalent professional qualifications is a must;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in insurance industry;
• Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good project management;
• Strong underwriting skills in General Insurance;
• Aggressive outspoken, strong industrial / market network; public presentation and speaking;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
