Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions and information within the standard service lead time;

Handle enquiries and correspondence of pre-hospitalization claim assessment and letter of guarantee;

Manage customer complaints to ensure complex cases are resolved effectively and in line with company’s policies and procedures;

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer requests are addressed timely and professionally;

Review procedures and identify the root cause of complaints, and make recommendations or remedial actions for service improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with the operation framework of medical claims and healthcare network providers;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Capability to analyze, investigate and handle complaints and complex cases;
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Flexible and customer-oriented.
