Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions and information within the standard service lead time;
  • Handle enquiries and correspondence of pre-hospitalization claim assessment and letter of guarantee;
  • Manage customer complaints to ensure complex cases are resolved effectively and in line with company’s policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer requests are addressed timely and professionally;
  • Review procedures and identify the root cause of complaints, and make recommendations or remedial actions for service improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with the operation framework of medical claims and healthcare network providers;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Capability to analyze, investigate and handle complaints and complex cases;
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Flexible and customer-oriented.
