Job Description
Job Description and responsibilities:
- Lead a team to handle enquiries on general insurance matters
- Liaise with insurance companies to obtain insurance quotations, risk placement and follow up on policy issuance
- Offer after-sales services including administrative duties and claims inquiries
- Conduct insurance products training for agency force
- Monitor premium payment and credit control
Requirements:
- Degree holder, with at least 8 years' relevant experience in general insurance industry
- Holder of ANZIIF, ACII or equivalent qualification
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
