Our client, a well-known Insurance Company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group 

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement agency training and development strategies in alignment with business direction
• Provide suitable learning and development solutions for agency leaders to enhance their performance in areas including but not limited to recruitment, activity and productivity, customer management and development
• Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
• Manage training budget, course development and program review
• Lead in training projects and ad hoc programs

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in business or training related disciplines
• At least 5-8 years relevant experience in insurance business, and preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in agency leadership training
• In-depth knowledge of agency business development and operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and spoken Chinese is required, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager - Agency Training
