Job Description
Our client are leading insurance companies, they are looking for Claims candidates.
Responsibility:
- Handle all claims types with focus on critical illness & death claims, medical and accident...etc
- Provide quality and professional claims service to customers, follow up pending cases regularly.
- Ensure claims procedures, documentation is adhered to the group claims management requirement and best practice
- Draft outward correspondence regarding claim matters for the approval of superior
Requirement:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 3 years or above in life Insurance Claims handling claims;
- Sound knowledge of insurance product of claims management
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Good PC skills in MS Word & Excel;
- Responsible, hardworking, co-operative and good team player
