Responsibilities:

• Conduct day-to-day Claims assessment & related support

o    Approve claims within own claims authority and make recommendation to senior beyond authority.
o    Conduct thorough investigation of suspicious claims through various means
o    Maintain claims operation procedure and control manuals in comprehensive and regular update
o    Provide quality administration support to the team
o    Ensure the agreed claims service standards are achieved
o    Prepare monthly statistic reports for claims servicing
o    Support manager to implement initiatives to improve efficiency and standards

• Cross-team support on administration and controls for operations, when require
• Participate in  ad hoc tasks & projects when required

 Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2 years life insurance with claims experience
• Possess Insurance Professional Qualification, e.g. LOMA or ICA
• Self-motivation and self-discipline
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to multi task, open-minded, willing to learn and take challenge
• Good sense of judgment with strong interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
