Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving business targets for personal lines including individual medical products through Direct and Digital Marketing channels;
• Assist in formulating business and marketing planning supported by sound market intelligence and business analysis;
• Manage to write up business plan and marketing proposals; drive various business projects and promotional campaigns including but not limited to marketing / advertising, partnering and/or other cost effective initiatives;
• Collaborate with both internal and external relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and logistics arrangement of programs and initiatives;
• Explore new business opportunities / partners with distinctive and innovative ideas for long term development of business sources and lead generation;
• Participate in product development, revamp and service enhancement projects;
• Manage various marketing deliverables of membership club to support continuing growth of customer loyalty, sales and user-experience;
• Formulate effective Market Intelligence Reports and ad-hoc sales tracking report to assist management in strategic business planning and analysis;
• Handle any ad-hoc duties or projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing or business-related disciplines; or Diploma holder in insurance or related disciplines with relevant experiences would be considered;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in insurance industry;
• Holder of IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualifications or other related professional / insurance status is an advantageous.
• Proven track record in business development of direct and digital marketing channels with solid insurance background and digital marketing experience is preferred;
• Strong leadership, project management and decision making skills;
• Good communication and negotiation skills with analytical capability;
• Self-motivated, attention to detail and good senses of responsibility;
• Team player, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
