Job Description

The candidate will become a member of team working directly under leadership of regional executive director (“RED”) responsible for advisory and related services to Home Credit’s businesses in multiple countries across Asia.

Candidate is expected to become member of the team responsible for commercial advisory topics. It is expected that the projects assigned to the team by RED will be utilizing the principles of agile management that requires significant time and mind flexibility of team members, strong personalities and high dedication and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor processes and results, identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze business cases and propose appropriate solutions in short time
  • Break down solutions into steps, plan resources, resolve dependencies
  • Plan resources needed Execute, monitor and adjust – manage the delivery according to the above plans
  • Recruit, develop, motivate and advise members of commercial functions Ensure cross-country best practice sharing, provide expertise, know-how and training if required by country
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, solicit feedback, manage conflict, achieve alignment

 

Required skills and expertise:

  • University degree preferably in economics or management, additional education in finance area (such as ACCA certification) is a strong advantage
  • 9+ years of relevant international experience in business management in large international finance company covering preferably growing markets in Asia but also Europe
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, risk and performance management principles
  • Proven capability to work on corporate projects in companies with 15k+ employees
  • Recognized business analysis ability and ability to identify opportunities across the Asian and European markets;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret systemic changes of the industry due to regulatory and innovation, proactively suggest appropriate actions
  • Ability to run multiple projects in various areas including business development, sales, risk innovation, online and branding
  • The ability to analyse and appraise information and situations to recommend the appropriate action and provide the business with effective, actionable advice
  • The ability to develop a good knowledge of key stakeholders as well as the ability to assess accurately the current disposition of stakeholders on issues
