Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of portfolio properties and business development. He / She has to manage and supervise management teams to maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints.

He / She has to provide all-round support to the General Manager for handling daily property management operations, management and marketing planning.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying;
• Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ HKIS / RPHM or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience in property management / facility management;
• Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
