Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the site in charge of HKSP and supervise a team of professionals to oversee the facility management, engineering and maintenance, customer services, tenancy, operation, HR and financial management of the property
  • Responsible for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to client
  • Responsible for the facility management services including but not limit to space and business operations coordination, business and operation continuity, customer service enhancement, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day to day operation such as cleaning and hygiene, security and crowd control, concierge service, landscape, signage and car park management
  • Providing guidance to direct reporting staff, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors
  • Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire services to client, and cascading goal to teammates
  • Develop and implement smart facilities and space improvement plans; review services standards regularly and stipulate proposals for continuous improvement
  • Managing overall financial / budgeting performance of the project
  • Working across functions with peers in other groups, sub-ordinates of management and technical team and client to ensure collaboration for shared goals and performance objectives
  • Working with senior management and other peers, and client for strategy development and execution planning to the satisfaction of client

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property / Facility Management / Engineering / Real Estate / Surveying or equivalent. Experiences in managing large scale commercial complexes or facilities management projects are required and definitely an advantage
  • Preferable to have knowledge and solid experience in implementing Maintenance Management System (MMS) / smart-facility management projects
  • Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS, HKIE, HKIS, HKIFM, IFMA or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience of which 8 years are in managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable projects
  • Mature, self-driven, care for details, flexible with strong client management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
