Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the managing all retail operations of the departmental store
  
• To effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop supervisor and frontline staff to agreed procedures and standards.
  
• Drives the store’s profitability through minimising losses, accurate staff cost management and drives an efficient & productive working culture
  
• Role models and drives a memorable shopping experience by engaging with and making a personal connection with the customer

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
• 7 years of managerial experience in retail industry
• Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
