Our client is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter now looking for General Manager to station overseas for managing the whole manufacturing operations.

Major duties

• Oversee the factory operation and lead department heads to ensure effective management,  efficient production, quality product, on-time delivery, and meeting the overall company’s targets and customers’ requirements including factory audits
• Lead the function heads to formulate and implement policies and procedures for continuous improvement 
• Manage the factory operation within budget and legal context
• Develop a high performance culture and quality management team with competent, flexible and committed workforce
• Ensure all functions with good alignments and smoothly operation
• Ensure effective management on resource utilization/allocation

Job requirements

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Textile/Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid working experience in garment manufacturing field with at least 6 years at senior management level
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO certification, lean management and ERP system
• Strong strategic thinking and sophistical skills on strategy formulation
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Good commend of both written and spoken Mandarin & English
• With computer knowledge such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
