Responsibilities:  

• Lead the team to promote Quality Excellence Initiative and drive quality performance improvement throughout the group
• Deploy the corporate quality strategy and Quality Management System, communicate and co-ordinate implementation
• Monitor total quality activities to ensure the group’s products and services are meeting internal and external quality expectations
• Inculcate the value of training learnt, mistake proofing and preventive focus for a continuous improvement culture mindset
• To identify and track technical and related problems, to initiate corrective actions and to implement the corrective measures and keep track the progress of the project
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the top management 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Quality Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years or above relevant experience, focus on quality management
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and Six sigma are preferred
• A self-driven person with strong sense of integrity and remain assertive when encountering difficulties
• Excellent communication skills, a positive and “can-do” attitude
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience candidates will be considered as Quality Manager
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen factory
