Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day building management, maintenance, security and customer services
- Lead a team of 10 to 20 staff to deliver first-class services to tenants
- Maintain long-term relationships with tenants
- Deal with tenants' inquiries & complaints, and support marketing activities
- Support the Manager in the implementation of company polices and procedures
- Work closely with Leasing, Security and Technical teams
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of property management, commercial buildings
- At least 3 years' supervisory experience
- QAS License holder is advantageous, but NOT a must
- Good leadership skills, with excellent service mindset
