Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of a confectionery factory in Jiangsu, China.
- Responsible for supervising and facilitating various functional department heads to ensure effective, efficient, timely and quality production.
- Work with cross functional department heads to review current work flow and procedures for cost savings and automation opportunities
- Establish and constantly review SOP to ensure proper governance of the factory;
- Lead special automation / engineering projects to ensure on-time completion and within budget;
- Constant report to Hong Kong head office regarding progress and options.
- Communicate with local government departments and officials.
Qualification:
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at management level in manufacturing environment (food industry is a plus);
- Experience with SAP ERP system is also a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO22000;
- Knowledge of China Customs regulations;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- MUST be fluent in Mandarin;
- Station in China is required.
