Duties :

• Oversee and manage the daily operation of driving training centre to ensure business runs smoothly and quality services are delivered in accordance with company’s business objectives and service standard
• Achieve operational objectives by implementing strategic plans, identifying and resolving problems, managing morale of workforce etc
• Monitor lessons throughput and passing rate in the centre
• Monitor post enrolment sales of the centre to meet preset targets   
• Provide supervision and guidance to subordinates on the implementation of operational flow and procedure
• Manage staff training, development and performance, and foster team spirit effectively
• Liaise with Transport Department on operational issues
• Liaise with local District Board members and community on service enhancement
• Provide insight and advice to supervisors to address, resolve and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work process and procedures in the centre
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements :

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ related working experience preferably in servicing industry
• Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team leader and player with can-do attitude
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Possession of good integrity and problem solving skills
