Responsibilities
Our group is looking for a new Factory Manager who will station in India to set up our new manufacturing plants in India, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for material management, including inventory management, production planning and controlling;
- Review material status, summary reports and conduct periodic capacity review with production department;
- Monitor material receiving,accuracy and finished goods delivery;
- To determine production capacity resources required to meet existing and future customer volume demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor holder in Engineering, preferable with additional certification in material management;
- Min. 6 years’ experience in toy industry, with at least 3 years at management level;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001;
- Strong leadership & communication skills;
- Excellent spoken & written English, good at Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Willing to station in India.
