職位概述：

1. 主持公司的生産經營管理工作，全面負責公司年度經營目標，組織實施董事會决議; 
2. 負責組織擬訂幷實施公司年度經營計劃和投資方案; 
3. 負責組織擬訂公司內部管理機構設置方案; 
4. 按照有關規定程序和决策，聘任或者解聘除應由董事會决定聘任或者解聘以外的管理人員; 
5. 主持召開總經理辦公會，部署、督促、協調各部門工作。

要求：

1. 學士學位；
2. 10年相關電力能源工作經驗;
3. 一般粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂閱讀英文; 
4. 熟識大陸與香港工作模式和溝通技巧;
5. 在不同的範疇累積豐富的人脉關係，具有較强的領導能力和組織協調能力，具有强烈的市場競爭意識和能力，有效地指導公司市場開拓和生産經營業務工作。

 Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree;
2. 10 years or above relevant working experience in power energy; 
3. Cantonese speaking; Chinese speaking and reading; English speaking and reading; 
4. Be familiar with the working mode and communication skills between the Mainland China and Hong Kong;Able to build rich relationships in different fields;
5. Strong leadership, organization and coordination ability, strong sense of market competition and ability to effectively guide the company's market development, production and operation.
