Job Description

We are looking for the best and brightest of recent new grads to support our business expansion and provide the best service to our customers around the world.

 

About you:

You are a recent Graduate (within last 2 years) from a post-secondary institution and you have:

  • the energy and perseverance to learn about our business and industry (Garment sourcing and manufacturing) 
  • excellent customer service & good English communication skills (both written and spoken)  
  • strong project management, scheduling, and organizational abilities
  • a “can do” attitude, continuous learning “mindset” and the willingness to grow in our business and be accountable for increasing responsibility
  • exception attention to detail, strong spreadsheet skills (Microsoft excel) and the ability to communicate project related information accurately and succinctly
  • Bonus: Experience or Knowledge in Fashion & Apparel, Garments or Textiles

Job Description:

  • Directly assist the senior management with the daily monitoring of company operations
  • Act as a contact person for our international retail clients (buyers) and coordinate behind the scenes with our sourcing team from the start of the order until shipment delivery
  • Proactively follow-diligently on production orders, synthesize the information and communicate appropriately to the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Customer, Directors )  
  • Follow up merchandising process from development samples to shipment, ensuring through understanding of products, materials ordered on time and on-time delivery
  • Follow production plans and WIPs to ensure all orders are shipped on time
  • Sourcing materials, costing and price quotation with factories
  • Communicate with overseas buyers directly in daily follow up; to build good customer service relationships
  • Note: This role requires international travel
