Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing that focuses on smart watch cases, smart watch straps, plastic watch cases, silicon watch straps, etc. The products are exported to the global market including Europe, America, and The Middle East. Currently they are looking a Merchandising Assistant that focuses on their plastic watch strap products.
The position will be responsible on coordinate with sales department in Mainland (mainly by phone / email / wechat); handle order processing and compilation reports for the plastic watch strap products; order follow up and coordinate with internal parties and external parties; prepare PO, PI, shipping documents, etc.
The ideal candidate should be High Diploma or above with 1-3years merchandising or clerical experience in watch industry is a must. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing. Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
