Responsibilities:

• Handling jewellery orders and prepare related documents( purchase order and sales order)
• Coordinating production to meet clients' standard and schedule
• QC before shipping 
• Raw material sourcing (Pearls and diamonds)
• Inventory management of jewellery and raw materials
• Prepare shipments and handle I/E shipping documents
• Assist in jewellery design process and follow up product development with factory
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/trade events as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of experience in jewellery industry is preferred
• Knowing of ERP systems or inventory management system is a plus
• Proficiency in using MS application esp. Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; MUST be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
• Positive work attitude, responsible and well-organized
• Able to multi-task, prioritize work load and work independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Jewellery Assistant
• Immediately available is preferred
