Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to manage and implement Production Quality System of entire plant operation
• Co-ordinate and responsible for the development of Quality Assurance Policy & Procedures
• Lead the QC and QA team and ensure company products meets customers’ requirements
• Assist in providing inspection and investigation documentations and coordinate with internal departments while incident quality issues received
• Handling customers’ complaints, goods return, internal and external caused reprinting and CPAR management, provide the necessary guidance or education to operators and QC staff
• Establish proper quality assurance policies, procedures, WIs and ensure the functional status of quality compliance is maintained
• Perform other delegations and assignments as required

Job Requirements :

• 5 years or above working experience in quality management with ISO9001 QMS experience
• Degree holder on Electronic Engineering/Quality Management or related discipline
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quality Manager post
