Our client is a Japanese Manufacturer of motor  , seeking for the Design Manager for Hong Kong.

Job duties:

1.Attending，hosting or coordinating department meetings
2. Collaborating with other departments
3 Delegating and Reviewing team assignments
4 Developing. preparing，analyzing and reviewing budgets and other financial reports
5 Condυcting team training on new business guidelines or design developments
6 Guiding and motivating fellow employees
7 Creating innovαtive desig ns，draft， or presentations
8 Meeting customer expectations
9 Ensuring design quality and that design directives are followed
10. Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues αre given the highest prioritγ
1 1 Develop and drive forward innovation and new business initiatives

Requirement:

1. Career Experience:
Proven experience of:
 Contracting experience of at least 7 years
 Various forms of manufacturing technology.

3. Professional Skills & technical Knowledge:
 Management of multi-disciplinarγ teams
 PIaying an active role which positively contributes to a team.
 Interaction with customers.
 Managing of specialist designers

4. QMS/EMS Requirements:
Understand general requirements of ISO9001,ISO14001,IATF16949

5. Language Ability and Compute Skills:
 English and understanding of CAD.
