Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of garment,  facilities in China, India & Cambodia and a professional team of 7,000 employee and over 300 staff in HK office, now is seeking for high caliber to join their Admin team:  

Responsibility:

• Consolidate and monitor Design and Product Development deadline charts per month for weekly report
• Follow up and conduct weekly team meeting
• Set up performance tracking chart for production documents per team
• Set up customer meeting calendar in collaboration with merchandising
• Leave application Arrange air ticket and hotel booking, travel expenses report, car booking etc.

Requirements:  

• Provide and support to the management (including translation Chinese & English) 
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Update administrative related reports in timely basis
• support and participate in various and ad hoc assignments or projects
• Attentive to details, willing to learn and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
