Responsibilities :

• Provide technical advice and support to Merchandising & Design Team and factories
• Risk assessment for development samples. Evaluate the sampling for the production, identify the difficulties may arise during the pre-production and product estimate the efficiency
• Responsible for fitting approval, size set, pattern and technical problem solving
• Communicate fitting comments and provide technical advices to customers to ensure the products/ samples are meeting the standard for production
• Strengthen the technical support and provide a production friendly workmanship in samples
  
• To improve the fitting performance  

 Requirements :  

•  Diploma or above in Clothing/ Textiles
•  5-15 years or above solid experience with strong technical experience in woven / knit fashion
•  With paper pattern knowledge & grading experiences
•  Able to deal with foreign designers/ customer fit technician independently
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
•  Good PC skill in Microsoft Office
