The Job:

• Assist in facilitating the progress of the following projects
  • Professional certificate and license in different countries
    • Follow up liaison work with relevant government agencies, authorities and consultancies and gather useful information
  • Supply chain
    • Exploring potential suppliers and maintaining good working relationship with them
  • Procurement, contract approval and logistic
    • Response to any enquiries raised from internal and external parties
  • Facility construction and renovation
    • Document preparation, monitoring and regularly reporting progress to management
• Other Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisors

The Person:

• High Diploma/ Degree or above in Sciences discipline is preferable
• Experienced in project management is an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure to meet tight timeline
• Outgoing and good interpersonal skill
• Multi-tasks handling abilities
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications and software programs on project management
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
• Travelling to PRC and overseas as well as stationing for a short period may be required
