Job Description
Our client, International garment manufacturing with plants in Cambodia, Vietnam and four plants in China with 70,000 staff/labors globally.
AGM – Production (stationed Vietnam)
*Experience in Vietnam is essential
Numbers of labors : 9,000 pax
Production line : 200 sewing lines
Responsibilities
1. Supervise the garment production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality
2. Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
3. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
4. Ensure achievement of production targets
5. Develop strategies to control resources allocation, monitor plans & budgets for improved operation efficiency
6. Formulate and implement business strategies to ensure production targets are met
7. Develop people qualities systematically according to Manpower plan and organization strategies
8. Coach and develop high quality leaders and management team
9. Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed
10. Identify training needs of workers and develop training programmes
11.Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity
12. Ensure compliance with corporate policy/initiative regarding production and customers’ requirements’
Requirements
1. Degree/ Diploma in Textile/ Garment Manufacturing is highly preferred but not a must
2.. Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc. 3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution
5. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Putonghua) and Vietnamese
