Responsibilities:

• Assist in buying and selection of merchandise;
• Liaise with design team and retail staff for proper display to maximize sales;
• Change and execute in-store display regularly in accordance to brand image and promotion events;
• Co-ordinate to ensure that the shops and distribution channels are properly and sufficiently merchandised;
• Propose strategies in order to maximize revenue opportunities by efficiently managing merchandise;
• Provide product training to retail staff to ensure they possess good knowledge for each collection;
• Develop allocation strategies based on location selling performance;
• Any other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 3 year of relevant work experience, retail industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail, fashion, lifestyle, and/or apparel industry.
• Presentable, passionate and willing to learn 
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Outdoor work is required
