JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

• Support the team in sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned 
• Customer liaison and support 
• Co-operate with various departments to provide excellent services to all customers. 
• Responsible for order follow up and assist in sales related matters 
• Arrange and coordinate shipment/ delivery, communicate with factory and production team
• Handle inventory control; Goods distribution; Maintains a proper inventory records 
• Attend overseas & local trade fairs as required 
• 5.5 Days work

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 2 years solid experience in Jewellery Industry
• Form 5 or above
• Great team player, Mature, well-organized, self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills and willing to learn Immediate available is preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English and good PC skills is a must
