Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for material stock management and controlling
- Prepare and update daily production plan scheduling; master production forecast planning; raw material ordering & delivery schedule and product dispatching schedule
- Monitor daily inventory control of feedstocks, raw materials, WIP and products including purchase request
- Handle inbound and outbound material logistics of TKO Plant: coordination among production, commercial and logistic team
- Ensure material delivery on time to meet the production schedule
- Continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Responsible for SAP system management related to planner works and reports works
- Prepare, update and monitor the information of inbound, outbound and WIP in SAP system
- Preparation of regular and irregular reports
- Take up ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Planning & Logistics or Operation Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Logistic experience and planning skills
- Work in accuracy and sensitive to figures
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Independent, organized, detailed-minded and process-oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge of MRP system and experience in SAP is an advantage
- Good command of Chinese and English
